(daily mail) – Lindsay Lohan asks Disney to cast her as Ariel in the live-action remake of The Little Mermaid – February 19, 2017

Disney gave Lindsay Lohan her big break when she starred in The Parent Trap. Now she wants to star in The Little Mermaid.
Additionally, the 30-year-old pitched sister Ali to sing the theme song, with Bill Condon as director. ‘I will sing again, as #ariel #thelittlemermaid1’ she began.
She then pitched her sister and Bill, and fitness expert Kristen Graham as Ursula.
‘@disney approve that #billcondon directs it along with my sister áalianamusic singing the theme song for the soundtrack. also ákgrahamsfb plays Ursula. Simply because, she is the best. ake one. @disneystudios’ she wrote on Instagram on Sunday. Per the Daily Mail:
Last August, Deadline announced that Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and Disney vet Alan Menken will be co-writing the score for the film.
The new movie, which is still in the working stages, will combine original songs from the 1989 feature and new material. The film does not yet have a release date.
